Kyrgyzstan began producing ice cream from kumys

Almaty. October 29. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyzstan started producing ice cream from mare's milk, said KyrTAG.
"Four days ago, we put up for sale a brand new ice cream recipe with the addition of kumys. A few weeks ago we tried to cook this unusual ice cream. On tasting the people noted the good taste, so we have made it already for sale",- said the representative of the company for the production of ice cream Ermek Musuraliev on Thursday.
"Mare's milk is useful, it contains about 40 biological components needed for the human body, the most important vitamins, amino acids, enzymes and trace elements. Kumys is considered as medicinal products, so it has lots of advantages", - added E.Musuraliev.
New ice cream is already sold in malls in Bishkek.
