Kyrgyz Interior Ministry on Thursday, February 26 brought a formal apology to the Kazakh minister, noting that his picture was presented randomly.
As recalled KyrTAG body of Anapiyaev with numerous stab wounds was found in the middle of last week in Minsk, in the trunk of the car Mercedes-Benz. During the search was found a passport in the name of a Russian citizen Almazbek Shakirov.
