Kyrgyzstan has developed a new form of report for subsoil users

Bishkek. July 18. Silkroadnews - Independent experts in Kyrgyzstan have developed a new form of reporting for subsoil users, transmits KyrTAG.
"Independent experts have developed a new form of reporting for subsoil users. We should know how much mineral is extracted and used. For this we must worked out common rules, same for everybody. Thus, we need the form with no discrepancies"- said the deputy director of the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources Ulanbek Riskulov at a press conference on Friday.
Director of the project and research center "Ken-Too" Bakit Kozhogulov noted that subsoil users must actively participate in the discussion of the new rules.
"Subsoil users are passive. They start to initiate only after the adoption of the rule", - he said.
