And the French are showing interest in Kara-Balta Mining Plant",- said Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Valery Diehl on Thursday, recalling that the Kara-Balta Mining Plant is on the verge of stopping due to the lack of raw materials.
In addition, in terms of foreign investment, Kyrgyzstan urges China to build HPP on transboundary rivers.
"We encourage Chinese companies to consider options for building HPPs. We want to draw attention to the projects for the construction of hydropower plants on the interior rivers that do not affect the flow in the neighboring countries.
