Almaty. December 30. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyzstan is in talks with Kazakhstan on the import of electricity due to the accident at Toktogul, KyrTAG reports with reference to the Advisor to the Prime Minister Kubanychbek Turdubaev.
K.Turdubaev added that the cause of accidents is the deterioration of cables in transformers.
