Kyrgyzstan plans to ban activities of bookmakers and bettings

Almaty. February 26. Silkroadnews - Amendments to the law "On the prohibition of gambling activities," according to which was  proposed to ban the activities of bookmakers and betting on the territory of Kyrgyzstan, was approved by deputies in the third reading of the Parliament on Wednesday, reports KyrTAG.
As previously reported by one of the initiators of the bill, deputy Torobay Zulpukarov, currently in Kyrgyzstan, on the bases of patent, operate 57 bookmakers and bettings.
As the deputy noted, earlier in the adoption of the law "On the prohibition of gambling in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" betting and bookmakers were not included in the list of casinos.
Bookmakers and betting on the territory of Kyrgyzstan will cease to exist after President Almazbek Atambayev signs this document.
