Kyrgyzstan prohibited to sale the real estates to foreigners in border areas

Bishkek. July 11. Silkroadnews - President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev signed a law "On amendments to the Law "On giving special status to separate border areas of the Kyrgyz Republic and their development".
The law was adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh on June19, 2014.
The law is the imposition of restrictions related to the special status of certain border areas of the Kyrgyz Republic. In particular, the law added a new Article 2.1 that "the frontier territories of the Kyrgyz Republic, with special status, prohibited committing civil transactions related to the alienation of any kinds of real estate, regardless of ownership, the ownership by foreign citizens, stateless persons and foreign legal entities, except kayrylman".
Act comes into force three months after the date of publication.
