Kyrgyzstan proposes to ban lotteries

Almaty. March 17. Silkroadnews - Vice Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Torobaev Zulpukarov believes that the lottery in Kyrgyzstan should be banned at the legislative level, transfers KyrTAG with reference to the bill, developed by a deputy.
According to the deputy, lottery activity is detrimental to morality, life and health of citizens, especially the younger generation.
