Kyrgyzstan ratified agreement between SCO countries on creation of favorable conditions for road transport

Almaty. July 8. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev signed a law "On ratification of the Agreement between the Governments of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on the creation of favorable conditions for international road transport, signed on 12 September 2014 in Dushanbe", - informed the press service of the Kyrgyz President.
"The objectives of the agreement are to improve road transport between the countries of the SCO, the elimination of the existing road barriers in international road transport and creating favorable conditions for international road transport in the SCO region", - says the publication on the website of Xinhua News Agency.
In total, the agreement provides six routes, which will create favorable conditions for international road transport.
The opening of all routes is expected no later than in 2020.
