Kyrgyzstan’s parliament approved composition, structure and program of the government
Almaty. November 10. Silkroadnews – Kyrgyzstan’s parliament approved the composition, structure, and “Trust and Unity” program of the government, KyrTAG informs.
“At the Wednesday meeting of Parliament the deputies approved the composition, structure and program of the government. Out of the deputies attended the meeting 112 supported the new cabinet and 4 deputies voted against”, the statement said.
The new composition of the government of the Kyrgyz Republic does not differ much from the prevopis one. E.g. Prime Minister Sooronbai Jeenbekov, as well as almost all the vice-premiers and key ministers, retained their posts.
Cholpon Sultanbekova, a deputy from “Kyrgyzstan” party, replaced Deputy Prime Minister Gulmira Kudaiberdieva, who became the Minister of Education and Science. Ulan Israilov, the former head of the anticorruption service of the State Committee of National Security, replaced Kashkar Dzhunushaliev at the post of the head of Ministry of Internal Affairs.
To remind, the former composition of the Kyrgyz government resigned in late October due to the parliamentary majority coalition rupture. According to Kyrgyzstan’s laws the ruling coalition should form the composition and structure of the cabinet. In case of the coalition rupture the government automatically retires.
