Large rock salt deposits discovered in Northwest China

Almaty. August 25. Silkroadnews – A large deposit of rock salt were discovered in the area of Yan’an, Shaanxi province (northwest China), the newspaper «People's Daily» writes.
According to the province land and natural resources administration, the reserves of the rock salt deposit are estimated at 111.3 billion tonnes. It was discovered in the course of provincial exploration program realization.
