Leader of the Pakistan-based terrorist group “Jamaat-ul-Ahrar” was killed in Afghanistan

Almaty. October 20. Silkroadnews - Leader of the Pakistan-based terrorist group “Jamaat-ul-Ahrar” Omar Khalid Khorasani was killed in Afghanistan as a result of the U.S. drone strike, the Afghan News Agency (AfTAG) reports.
As Reuters reported on Thursday, Khorasani was wounded badly as a result of one of the recent drone strikes by the United States in Afghanistan and died on Thursday.
The Pakistan-based “Jamaat-ul-Ahrar” was formed in August 2014 after the split of the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan grouping and joined the terrorist group “Islamic State” (IS) in September 2014.
