More Russian pilots choose to work in China

Almaty. July 28. Silkroadnews – More Russian pilots choose to work in China, Russian information portal Ura.ru reported.
According to the report, Rosaviatsiya released data on number of Russian pilots searching for employment in the countries of Asia. The air transport agency said, since the beginning of 2015, 200 pilots have left Russian airlines, half of whom work in foreign firms, including 81 Russian pilots currently working in China’s airlines.
Rosaviatsiya does not consider this to be a significant outflow of specialists.
The publication says, the problem of Russian pilots’ labor migration to the countries of Asia has escalated in 2017. The reason behind was a big difference in salaries. To correct the situation, Aeroflot decided to introduce one-time payments for employment. In addition, “Russia” airline asks the Bermuda aviation authorities not to confirm the validation of Russia’s pilots certificates.
