More than 2 million people voted against independence of Scotland

Almaty. September 19. Silkroadnews - Scotland announced the final results of a referendum on independence, according to which more than 2 million people voted against secession from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, told the British broadcaster BBC.
"According to the results among 32 districts,"against" vote 2,001,926 people "for"- 1,617,989", - said in a statement on Friday.
Reportedly, the outcome of the referendum became clear at 6.08 of local time, when it was announced that the majority of counties voted against independence.
Shortly thereafter, the First Minister of Scotland Alex Salmond conceded defeat and called on for the unity of the nation.
