More than 2 thousand companies from 57 countries will take part in the fifth China-Eurasia Expo

Almaty. September 19. Silkroadnews – The fifth China-Eurasia Expo will be held in Urumqi (Xinjiang, Northwest China) on September 20-25, the Chinese media informs.

The opening will take place on September 20. The exhibition is expected to be attended by 2192 companies, among which, along with participants from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, 418 companies and enterprises are the foreign ones. The press-release states the number of participants this year is 214% higher compared to the previous one.

The number of participating countries and regions also increased 19% up to 57. Belarus will be the guest of honor with its EXPO pavilion covering 360 square meters.

The Expo plans to hold 15 forums at the ministerial level and other special events to discuss a wide range of issues.
In particular, there will be forum on cooperation on the sanitary and quarantine measures when crossing the borders between China and Eurasian countries, forum on the information, highways, transport and communications in Eurasia, Business Forum on International logistics «The Great Silk Road».
