Almaty. September 18. Silkroadnews - Over 5 thousand citizens of Russia and Central Asian countries are fighting on the side of the IS, reported Tass with reference to the Federal Security Service.
"According to our data, about 2,400 Russian citizens are already taking part in the activities of this organization, and it is quite a large number", - said the first deputy director of the Federal Security Service, Army General Sergey Smirnov, after the meeting of the Board of the SCO RATS in Tashkent.
