Almaty. August 22. Silkroadnews – Gold Ounces’ price made $1285.1 as a result of the morning interbank fixing in London.
Regarding Monday evening fixing in dollar terms it decreased by 7.8.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1091.95 (-3.65), and in British pound – 1000.71 (-1.68).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
