Almaty. August 22. Silkroadnews – Gold Ounces’ price made $1334.3 as a result of the morning interbank fixing in London.
Regarding Friday evening fixing in dollar terms it declined by 12.1.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1181.256 (-8.154), and in British pound – 1018.204 (-14.081).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
