Morning interbank fixing in London resulted in gold price increase

Almaty. August 16. Silkroadnews – Gold Ounces’ price made $1349.1 as a result of the morning interbank fixing in London.
Regarding Monday evening fixing in dollar terms it grew by 9.7.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1197.326 (+0.17), and in British pound – 1039.886 (-0.828).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
