Regarding Thursday evening fixing in dollar terms it grew by 2.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1172.743 (-1.617), and in British pound – 987.953 (+2.816).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
