Nearly 190 kg of heroin smuggled from Kyrgyzstan to Russia via Kazakhstan

Bishkek. May 27. Silkroadnews – 1 Kazakh citizen and 2 Russian citizens smuggled nearly 190 kg of heroin to Russia’s Altai Province, as Russian media reports quoting regional Federal Security Services office.
48 apple boxes that the truck was carrying contained 959 ball-formed packages with white granulated substance and powder. Further testing has proven the substance to be heroin.
The drugs were meant to be sold in Altai Province and Chelyabinsk region. 3 individuals who set up a drug transit channel were held.
2 Kazakh citizens who were truck drivers were also held. Another band member from Kyrgyzstan is wanted by the authorities.
