Nearly $ 21 million is allocated for the development of e-commerce in rural areas of Xinjiang

Almaty. August 10. Silkroadnews - "The state budget recently allocated 130 million yuan (approximately $21 million) to support e-commerce in the villages of Xinjiang", - reported in the regional financial management.
As stated, the funds will be spent on construction and reconstruction of e-commerce service, creating logistic system, and support for e-commerce companies and training in seven demonstration counties.
