Astana. June 4. Silkroadnews - :"On the basis of the analysis, the World Bank has developed a number of general recommendations. Also, the Ministry of Agriculture recommended to increase support for applied and adaptive research to enhance the diversification of crops in northern Kazakhstan. Research, extension and financial services are also needed to improve the techniques of conservation of livestock feed and access to seasonal finance for farms and small farms as a means to reduce vulnerability to droughts and harsh winters, and the associated higher prices for animal feed.
