Almaty. May 25. Silkroadnews – Output value of the Chinese satellite navigation services industry is expected to exceed 400 billion yuan ($58 billion) by 2020, Chinese media wrote quoting saying by the official of the China Satellite Navigation System management office.
The “Beidou” system will provide for 240-320 billion yuan within this amount, in particular.
According to the official, as of this April, more than 30 million chip-modules of the “Beidou” system were sold. At the same time, high-precision modules and antennas of this system have been exported to more than 70 states and regions throughout the world, more than 30 of which are located along “One Belt, One Road” route.
The “Beidou” system creates convenience for people providing them with semi-automatic driving services, precision farming, intellectual property management, etc., he noted.
