Pentagon: ground invasion is the only way to find and destroy the nuclear arsenal of North Korea

Almaty. November 6. Silkroadnews – A ground invasion is the only way for the United States to reveal and destroy the true volumes of North Korean nuclear arsenals, the Pentagon believes, the Afghan Telegraph Agency (AfTAG) reports.
Rear Adm Michael J Dumont of the joint staff shared this view in a letter to legislators who were interested to know casualty assessment in conflict with North Korea.
The information was requested by Democratic congressmen Ted Lieu and Ruben Gallego.
On Saturday, 15 Democrats and one Republican member of Congress published a statement in response to a letter from Dumont, saying they consider the measures proposed to be “deeply disturbing” and called on President Donald Trump to stop making frivolous statements about the tense situation around North Korea.
“It’s important for people to understand what a war with a nuclear power would look like,” Lieu told The Washington Post, citing estimates of 300,000 dead in the first few days alone, with more than 100,000 Americans to be potentially at risk.
