People’s Bank of Uzbekistan launched an online conversion system

Beijing. May 30. Silkroadnews - The People’s Bank of Uzbekistan has provided its cards holders with service on converting foreign currency into international VISA payment cards online, the Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG) reports.
The service is provided using bank’s own mobile application.
According to the bank officials, before July 1, 2018, an international plastic VISA card can be opened for free, after July 1, 2018, the opening will cost 20 thousand som.
To remind, the People’s Bank set the insurance deposit for the international plastic card at $25.
