Premier Keqiang instructed to fix a security breach involving hazardous chemicals

Almaty. August 17. Silkroadnews - Premier Li Keqiang has approved a campaign to rectify security breaches involving hazardous chemicals, flammable and explosive substances, reported the newspaper "People's Daily".
"Li Keqiang has demanded from all regions and all departments, guided by increased responsibility for human life, to realize in practice and to strengthen the subjective responsibility for safety production, carry out a full scan of all possible sorts of hidden threats, to conduct a vigorous campaign to rectify security breaches associated with hazardous chemicals, flammable and explosive substances",- says the publication.
Premier also instructed to use strong and effective measures to accelerate the correction of the weak links, to create a long-term effective mechanism to effectively prevent all kinds of serious accidents.
L.Ketsyan noted that production safety is related to the safety of life and property, for the economic development and social stability as a whole.
