Preventing terrorist attacks on transport will discuss the special services of the CIS countries in Astana

Almaty. November 4. Silkroadnews - Meeting of the Council of Heads of Security and Special Services of the - of the Commonwealth Independent States will be held on November 4 - 6 in Astana, the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.
"The draft agenda of the meeting included 15 questions, most of which are devoted to cooperation in the fight against terrorism and extremism. This, in particular, will focus on cooperation in combating international terrorism, preventing terrorist attacks on transport of joint anti-terrorism activities",- said in a statement.
In addition, Council members discussed issues relating to the fight against international organized crime and illicit trafficking in drugs and psychotropic substances and a number of other issues.
The Council of Heads of Security and Special Services of - participants of the CIS, was created in 1997. Its main task is to ensure effective cooperation in the fight against organized crime and international character in other agreed areas of special services.
