“Proton” is not to be launched on June 20

Almaty. June 4. Silkroadnews – “Proton-M” carrier-rocket carrying “Luch” SDRN is, almost certainly, not to be launched on the 20th of June” as ITAR-TASS reports quoting Alexander Danilyuk, the Deputy director General of the Central Research Institute of Machine Building.  
At the same time, an unnamed source at “Baikonur was quoted in earlier reports. The source claimed that “Proton-M launch is postponed till the 18th of July.
As reported earlier, “Proton-M” carrier-rocket that was carrying “Express-AM4R” telecommunication satellite burnt in the dense layers of the atmosphere on the 16th of May. It happened over the Pacific Ocean. The preliminary data shows that the TSRM (third Stage Rocket Motor) stopped functioning on the 545th second of flight. The rocket was 161 km above the earth at that moment.
It is worth reminding that RosCosmos planned launching two “Proton-M” rocket until the end of 2014.
