Almaty. October 16. Silkroadnews - President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon received more than 20 heads of associations of Tajiks in various regions of the Russian Federation, according to Tajik Telegraph Agency (TajikTA).
"At the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to the work and residence of citizens of Tajikistan, including migrant workers in the Russian Federation" - said the press service of the President of Tajikistan.
It was stressed that the fruitful activity of Tajik migrants is important for both Tajikistan and Russia. In order to improve the working and living conditions of Tajiks in Russia it is necessary to establish the study of the Russian language and the development of specialties for those who go to labor migration, says the report.
