It is reported that Sherman made ​​this statement during her speech yesterday at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington.
According to her, "all components of the plan, which must be acceptable to all parties, are already on the table".  The American diplomat stressed that if the final agreement on the Iranian nuclear program will not be concluded within the prescribed period, all the blame will lie on the leadership of the Islamic Republic.
She also pointed out that the sanctions against Tehran will be suspended and then removed only if Iran will demonstrate "compelling and verifiable steps to show that its nuclear program is peaceful at the moment and will remain such".
Meanwhile, according to many independent observers, the complete lifting of sanctions against Iran by the United States - it is quite a complicated process, because without the approval of Congress, it will not work, and Congress has not completely support the policy of the Obama administration on Iran.
