"Beijing Airport posted a message on the eve of the fact that the construction of the new airport will begin on December 26. It is expected that by 2025 passenger ridership will reach 72 million people, the volume of mail - 2 million tons, the number of aircraft for take-off and landing - 620 thousand",- says the publication on Thursday.
According to the information, will be built four runways, terminal area and supporting infrastructure will be 700 sq m.
As noted, the new airport will be located between the villages Yuyfa, Lixian Daxing District of Beijing and Langfang City, Hebei Province. It will become a major international air hub.
