Rouhani has signed a law to protect the country's nuclear achievements

Almaty. July 13. Silkroadnews - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has signed a bill obliging the authorities of the Republic to ensure that the expected nuclear deal with the countries of the "six" protects Iran's national interests, reports IrTAG on Monday.
As previously reported, the bill was passed by an absolute majority of deputies of the Iranian Majlis at the end of last month, who then spoke about the need to protect and preserve the achievements of the country in the framework of Iran's nuclear program (INP).
It stresses the need to lift all the sanctions of the West in the same day, when Tehran will implement its obligations on the basis of the nuclear agreement. It also indicates that the inspectors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will inspect the Iranian facilities associated with the nuclear program, only in accordance with the terms of the Protocol on Safeguards (Safeguards Agreement), which Member States sign when joining this international organization. In addition, Iran will not have restrictions on access to peaceful nuclear technology, as well as the latest news and developments in this area.
In accordance with the document, the Iranian parliament must be informed of the outcome of negotiations on the nuclear issue. In turn, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the case of an nuclear deal will have to report to Parliament on the implementation of its provisions.
