“The implementation of the agreement between Russia and China on transit transport operations through the territory of Kazakhstan helps to reduce time expenditures. The agreement will simplify the customs procedure,” - a statement said.

“We are ready to implement the new tasks set by the Ministry of Transport of Russia in this strategic sector. Due to the resources of the branch network from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad and competence of the experts, such a work shall result in building a productive platform for the transport sector and serve as a basis to proceed with further important decisions making,” – said Rosavtotrans statement.
The Chinese publication reports this year the carriers of Russia and China will be provided with one thousand permit forms per country allowing to cross the border on the simplified procedure.
