Russia ratified the agreement with Kyrgyzstan on cooperation in oil and petroleum products supply

Almaty. December 30. Silkroadnews – Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law on ratification of agreement between Russia and Kyrgyzstan on cooperation in the field of oil and petroleum products supply, Trend reports.

Agreement between the governments of Russia and Kyrgyzstan was signed in Bishkek on June 6, 2016. The document defines the terms of cooperation in the field of oil and petroleum products supply from Russia to Kyrgyzstan.

The agreement also prohibits re-export of the goods supplied from Russia to Kyrgyzstan to the third countries without paying export duties. In case the Russian side reveals a case of a violation of the ban on re-export of the goods supplied free of export duties, the parties and their competent authorities are to carry out the conciliation procedures.

Any disputes the parties may run into in regard to interpretation or application of the agreement are to be settled through the negotiations.
