Almaty. November 13. Silkroadnews - Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that Vnesheconombank is preparing an agreement to provide Iran a loan of 2 billion euros, reports the newspaper "Vedomosti".
"In the development stage is also an agreement to provide Iran with inter-state export credit of $5 billion", - says the publication.
The Finance Ministry said that the final decision on granting loans to Iran is not taken yet. The budget does not have such funds, said Assistant to the Minister of Finance Svetlana Nikitina.
