Russian Interior Ministry is considering the provision of technical assistance to Tajik colleagues

Almaty. October 22. Silkroadnews - Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs at the request of his colleagues from Tajikistan consider providing logistical support, reports Tajik Telegraph Agency (TajikTA).
"On October 22 in Moscow, passed a meeting of Ministers of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan and Russia - Ramadan Rahimzoda and Vladimir Kolokoltsev. At the request of the Interior Ministry of RT currently considering  provision the necessary logistical support", - the press service of the Interior Ministry.
According to information in the course of conversation, heads of departments discussed issues on cooperation in combating organized crime, terrorism and extremism. Between the two agencies reached mutual understanding that allows to build effective teamwork.
In discussing the work of the ministries in the field of combating organized crime, the head of the Russian minister noted that "success in the fight against this threat depends on the coordination of efforts of law enforcement agencies of our countries".
Priority area of ​​cooperation between the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Russia and Tajikistan is the exchange of information, facilitating the apprehension of perpetrators and the whereabouts of the wanted persons.
