Saudi Arabia and China plan to create a joint investment fund for $20 billion

Almaty. August 24. Silkroadnews – Saudi Arabia and China are planning to create a $20 billion joint investment fund, Malaysian “The Star” reported.
“Saudi Arabia and China plan to establish and operate jointly a $20 billion investment fund, sharing costs and profits on a 50:50 basis, Saudi Energy Minister Khalid al-Falih told on Thursday”, the report said.
With this it is also noted that according to K.Falih, in addition to the agreement on the fund, 11 business agreements are expected to be signed between China and Saudi Arabia to the total amount estimated at $20 billion. The details of the agreements have not been announced.
