School teachers to be reprimanded for distribution of adult homosexual literature among minors in Kazakhstan

Astana. March 20. Silkroadnews – Teachers responsible for distribution of adult fairy tales about homosexual love among third-graders in Uralsk are to be reprimanded, the necessary measures are to be taken, as the Deputy Minister of Education and Science Esengazy Imangaliyev reported.
“The materials (adult fairy tales about homosexual love) has not been read by the teacher prior to distributing it to minor students. This mistake happened because the teacher googled the name of the book author incorrectly. There is a famous poet Zoya Petrova who wrote famous children’s poem “Tired Toys are sleeping”, and then there is someone who goes by the name of Sionella Petrova and who writes adult stories. Therefore, it was just a teacher’s mistake”, said Mister E. Imangaliev at the Press Conference in Astana.
The Deputy Minister highlighted that the teacher followed the instructions of regional education authorities. The situation is under the investigation at the Ministry of Education and Science.
“We will report on measures we will have taken in due time. All the responsible individuals are to be reprimanded”, said the Ministry’s representative. The scandal started after some of the parents decided to review literature recommended for out of class reading. They were shocked as “Princess, Prince and Knight” fairy tale told a story a Prince who came to marry a Princess, but ended up falling in love with a Knight.
