SCO will hold special service trainings to combat terrorism in the Internet
Almaty. April 10. Silkroadnews - Special forces of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) have agreed to hold joint exercises on counte the use of the Internet for terroristic purposes. This was stated by the first deputy head of the National Security Service of Uzbekistan Shukhrat Guliamov, transmits KazTAG.
At a meeting of the SCO RATS attended representatives of China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Kazakhstan's delegation at the meeting in Tashkent was headed by Deputy Chairman of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan Nurgali Bilisbekov.
The meeting approved the draft program of cooperation of SCO member states in the fight against terrorism, separatism and extremism for 2016-2018 years. Participants of the meeting approved the action plan of the SCO Member States on the coordination of joint counteraction against the illegal activities of terrorist, separatist and extremist organizations and groups that threaten the security of SCO member states.
The next meeting of the SCO RATS Council to be held in September 2015 in Uzbekistan.
