Shanghai, Hong Kong and Shenzhen are recognized as the most competitive Chinese cities in 2017

Almaty. December 29. Silkroadnews - Shanghai, Hong Kong and Shenzhen are recognized as the most competitive Chinese cities in 2017, the newspaper China Daily reports.
“Shanghai, Hong Kong and Shenzhen took the top three rankings among a selection of 358 cities in China in terms of competitiveness, according to a list released by the Hong Kong-based think tank China Institute of City Competitiveness,” the report said.
While compiling the rating the cities were assessed on more than 200 measurement indicators, including economy, society, environment and culture.
Reportedly Shanghai has been ranking the first position for five years.
Top 10 ranking looks the following: Shanghai – 1, Hong Kong – 2, Shenzhen – 3, Beijing – 4, Guangzhou – 5, Chongqing – 6, Tianjin – 7, Hangzhou – 8, Suzhou – 9, Nanjing – 10.
