Almaty. December 9. Silkroadnews - From January 1, 2015 in Uzbekistan drafting of legislation in the field of business will be discussed on a single portal of interactive public services (EPIGU) in online mode, follows from the decision of the Government, promulgated on Tuesday, reports Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG).
Decree approved the Regulation on the procedure for assessing the impact of development projects and the adoption of legal acts in the business through said portal. According to the document, the developers of regulations carry a generalization of the proposals panelists and placed on EPIGU relevant information on their acceptance or motivated reasons - in case of deviation.
Accounting offers participants the discussions on the draft legal act is carried out by the developers of its completion in accordance with the proposals and the deadlines set schedule. The time for completion of the project should not exceed 30 days after the end of the discussion, stated in the decree.
Implementation of this provision will reveal to develop projects and adopted legal act of the provisions that create conditions for corruption and other offenses committed in the system of state power and control, introducing or promoting the introduction of excessive administrative and other restrictions for entrepreneurs, "the document says.
Recall that in January 2013, Uzbek President instructed the government to develop a concept and a comprehensive program for the formation of the "Electronic Government" in the republic in 2013-2017 years. So far as the effective elements of the "e-government" in Uzbekistan has implemented more than 20 projects. In particular, July 1, 2013 was launched EPIGU, which today represents about 170 interactive services to more than 20 destinations.
