Almaty. August 6. Silkroadnews - Foreign Minister of China Wang Yi met with Foreign Minister of the Republic of Korea Yong Xie Bin, reported Xinhua news agency.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of China said that China is ready to work with Korea to continue the trend of development of relations at a high level and continuously enhance political mutual trust.
As noted recently, China and South Korea have signed a free trade agreement, and in the framework of the Sino-South Korean subcommittee on humanitarian exchange, "Year of visiting China" and the Sino-South Korean "Dialogue 1.5" were achieved significant results.
The sides also exchanged views on the situation on the Korean Peninsula and cooperation in East Asia.
