Summit of the Turkic Council tourism ministers will be held in Kyrgyzstan in June

Almaty. April 11. Silkroadnews – The 3rd Summit of ministers of tourism of the Turkic-Speaking States (Turkic Council) will be held in the city of Cholpon-Ata in Issyk-Kul region at the beginning of June, KyrTAG reports.

According to the ministry of culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministers of Tourism in cooperation with tour operators and businesses will consider the international project “Modern Silk Road”.
Participants will consider the approved tourist trails along the Great Silk Road.

The summit agenda will also include the issues of the Second World Nomad Games organization and games participation by the Turkic Council member-countries.

It is expected the planned summit will be attended by the head of the UN World Tourism Organization Taleb Rifai, Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ramil Hasanov and delegations headed by the ministers of tourism of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkey.
