Almaty. April 24. Silkroadnews - Members of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) within the consultative session discussed the problem of air pollution in Beijing, Tianjin (North China), Hebei Province (North China), reported Xinhua news agency.
"The fight against air pollution must start with the most severe enforcement, sustainable urban development and industrial restructuring", - stated in an official statement published on the results of the session.
In addition, in order to combat pollution in this region need to stop urban sprawl, reduce excess capacity, to limit coal consumption, promote the use of clean energy sources and so on.
CPPCC designated air pollution in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province as a key issue for 2015.
