Tajik police studied the experience of American colleagues

Almaty. August 20. Silkroadnews - Tajik police studied the experience of colleagues from the United States in maintaining of law and order in the interaction with the public, reports the Tajik news agency on Thursday.
"The US government has funded a five-day study tour to the United States for seven senior Tajik Interior Ministers, who visited Washington DC, Boston and Massachusetts. There they learned the practice of law enforcement through preventive methods based on the work of the public", - told the agency at the US Embassy in Tajikistan.
Tajik delegation members got acquainted with the response of law enforcement officers in the United States, the problem of domestic violence and extremism, as well as the principles of gender equality in employment of these bodies, met with a representative of the US State Department for Drug Control and Law Enforcement.
