Tajik ruling party won the parliamentary elections
Almaty. March 2. Silkroadnews - In Tajikistan, according to preliminary results of the parliamentary elections for the People's Democratic Party voted 65.2% of voters, informs the Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Monday.
According to the rules provided in the Article 48 of the Constitutional Law "On elections of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan", the following political parties became the owners of the corresponding number of seats: People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan - 16 mandates, Agrarian Party of Tajikistan - 3 mandates, the party of economic reform in Tajikistan - 2 mandate, the Socialist Party of Tajikistan (SPT) 1 mandate.
Thus, in accordance with Article 48 of the Law, the following parties could not overcome the 5% barrier: Democratic Party of Tajikistan (DPT), the Islamic Renaissance Party (IRP), the Communist Party of Tajikistan (CPT) and the Social Democratic Party of Tajikistan (SRPT).
Recall, on March 1 in Tajikistan were held elections to the Majlisi Oli (the lower house of parliament) and to Local Councils of People's Deputies.
