Tajikistan allows photo and video recording of court proceedings

Almaty. June 4. Silkroadnews – Tajikistan has allowed photo and video recording of court proceedings for the first time, as TajikTA informs.
“A draft law “On Constitutional Court of RT” was adopted in Dushanbe …it allows photo and video recording of court proceedings to inform the public”, the message states.
The draft law stipulates periods for court proceedings and deviation from cases. It establishes the procedure for dismissal and/or resignation of Court Marshalls in Constitutional Court.
“A subsequent draft law updates are based on international best practice in this area. In particular, it includes experience of Europe and of the Russian Federation”, Tajik Constitutional Court Chairman, Mahkam Mahmudzoda stated.
