Tajikistan and Russia will sign an agreement on the mutual opening of customs offices

Almaty. September 22. Silkroadnews - "The delegation of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation under the leadership of director Andrey Belyaninov is having a three-day visit (from 22 to 24 September) to Tajikistan. Russian customs officials will meet with the management and experts of the customs service of Tajikistan, will discuss topical issues of cooperation. The sides are planning to sign an agreement on the mutual opening of their customs offices", - reported in the government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The main issue of discussion will be the use of technical communication channels for the exchange of statistical data on mutual trade in electronic format according to the protocol between customs of Tajikistan and Russia "On the organization of exchange of information on the movement of goods and the customs clearance".
In addition, customs officers of Tajikistan and Russia will exchange experience in providing methodological, technical and practical assistance in the area of ​​law enforcement expertise and research in the implementation of customs control.
It is supposed to consider the possibility of training of dog handlers on the basis of the Dog Training Center of the FCS of Russia, as well as to discuss the issue to ensure the library database Institute for Advanced Studies Customs of RT, educational and methodological manuals.
