Tajikistan blocked a major channel of delivery of Afghan hashish to Russia

Almaty. August 22. Silkroadnews - Tajikistan blocked a major channel of delivery of Afghan drugs to Russia, according to Tajik Telegraph Agency (TajikTA).
"Operatives Agency for Drug Control (DCA) under the President of Tajikistan blocked the largest channel of delivery of cannabis in the Russian Federation. As a result of illicit trafficking were seized 100 kg of hashish, detained three people, one of whom is a citizen of Afghanistan",- reported in the center of public relations of DCA RT.
The shipment of drugs was seized in Dushanbe during the inspection of a motor vehicle Mercedes Benz.
In addition, it is reported that in the course of additional search operations was arrested the head of an organized criminal group, 53-year-old native of Afghanistan. Total is currently detained four involved in the commission of the crime, in order to identify and prosecution of other members of organized crime groups it was agreed to establish a joint international investigative team.
